This is one of the last apps that uses gstreamer0.10 in the archive.   I
apologize for missing this in my initial and other surveys of gst0.10
users.

Let's remove it, upstream is clearly gone and it doesn't seem to work in
Xenial in my testing.

Debian has an older version in it's archive that doesn't depend on
gstreamer but it also seems unmaintained there and has many bugs about
using deprecated packages.
