Please split archive mozc package to main and universe

Hi ubuntu-archive admins,

Could you split upload binary packages of mozc to main and universe?

main repo: mozc-data, ibus-mozc, fcitx-mozc, emacs-mozc,
  emacs-mozc-bin, mozc-server, mozc-utils-gui
universe repo: uim-mozc

Background:

Debian's mozc package build uim-mozc package which depends uim (input
method) package.

For previous MIR, Ubuntu's mozc package was dropped building of
uim-mozc package.

IIUC, by recently changing build-dependency handling,
mozc (main) can build uim-mozc (universe) package.

Additionally to this, new mozc package can drop ubuntu only changes
completely. Just sync to debian package.


And would you correct me, if i'm wrong ML or missed any procedure.
