there is *no* rename changes between debian and ubuntu

$ rmadison -u ubuntu libllvm3.6v5

libllvm3.6v5 | 1:3.6.2-3ubuntu4 | yakkety | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el, s390x
libllvm3.6v5 | 1:3.6.2-3ubuntu4 | zesty   | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el, s390x

if you sync the -4 upload you will get *every* change needed

but the package is removed in Debian, so better remove it in Ubuntu too
