The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 perl-modules-5.24 : Breaks: libextutils-cbuilder-perl (< 0.280225)

^- so libextutils-cbuilder-perl should be demoted/removed

It has revere-build-deps, but perl Provides libextutils-cbuilder-perl
and any versioned ones have perl as the first alternative anyway, so
everything will continue to build.
