[Merge] lp:~xnox/ubuntu-archive-tools/built-using into lp:ubuntu-archive-tools

Add Built-Using to the components missmatches report.

Impossible to test for me locally as
$ germinate -cmain,universe,multiverse,restricted
$ ./components-missmatches -s yakkety

Does not result in a useful report.... it says that it does "source only" movements of everything in main to universe and that's it.

Please advise steps to execute components-missmatches report outside of snakefruit. It appears that there are files generated and used, that are not generated by germinate as shipped in the archive. Does snakefruit has some kind of germinate fork? or components-missmatches fork?
