[Bug 1685056] [NEW] ubuntu-archive: missing hashes for some files

Public bug reported:

The Ubuntu archive appears to be missing some SHA-512 hashes for dsc
files, where there are SHA-512 for debian.tar/orig.tar but not dsc.
The Debian derivatives census package list checker output is below.

Some source packages are also missing SHA-256/SHA-1 hashes but I'm not
sure if that is intended. Census output for that is here:

Please check that all hashes you expect are present for all files.
