biometryd and thumbnailer currently FTBFS with the latest boost on
bionic. I tried looking into biometryd and fixed all the boost related
issues, but the QML tests are failing still - I don't have enough
knowledge about the package to fix those + it's a bit a waste of effort
for a package of no use in the current world.

I would like to +1 on the idea of removing the aforementioned packages.
