Simon Quigley (tsimonq2) has assigned this bug to you for qupzilla in Ubuntu:

The qupzilla package has been obsoleted by src:falkon which has replaced
all of qupzilla's binaries with the exception of
qupzilla-plugin-gnome-keyring (which has already been removed from
Bionic and is no longer built by src:falkon).

Please remove it.
