[Bug 1811751] [NEW] Please remove non-amd64 binaries for cnvkit

cnvkit is failing to migrate from proposed because we're missing builds
for non-amd64 arches, which Debian removed from the package in the
latest upload (0.9.5-2). Can you please remove the non-amd64 binaries so
that it can migrate?
