[Bug 1865195] [NEW] Please remove juju-deployer from focal archive

Juju-deployer appears to be dead (Juju has added this functionality
IMU), and hasn't been updated in a while

It is not install-able:
$ sudo apt install juju-deployer

And it's not in debian.
