I'd like to request the removal of source and binaries of ruby-rspec-
puppet/2.7.8-1 from Focal.

It is blocking the ruby-defaults/1:2.7~0 migration [1]. There is also a
bug report about this failure in Debian [2].

It has ruby-puppetlabs-spec-helper as dependency in Focal:

$ reverse-depends ruby-rspec-puppet

* ruby-puppetlabs-spec-helper

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, s390x

However, this is not a problem since I am also requesting the ruby-puppetlabs-spec-helper removal [3].
