[Bug 1868729] [NEW] [RM] Removal request of ruby-concurrent-ext/1.0.5-1build2 from Focal

Public bug reported:

I'd like to request the removal of src:ruby-concurrent-ext/1.0.5-1build2
from Focal (not the binaries). Now src:ruby-concurrent provides the
ruby-concurrent-ext binary.

The binary in Focal is already the one provided by src:ruby-concurrent.

It has a couple of reverse dependencies but since the binaries will not
be removed they will be fine. They are:

* ruby-peek
* ruby-peek-pg

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Description changed:
