[Bug 1937275] [NEW] Please RM qemu-web-desktop binaries on armhf, riscv64 and s390x

Since 21.05.03-2, qemu-web-desktop is only built on amd64, arm64 and
ppc64el.

Please remove the old qemu-web-desktop/21.05.03-1 binaries on armhf,
riscv64 and s390x so that qemu-web-desktop can migrate from -proposed.
