[Bug 1983267] [NEW] Please remove gnome-books from Ubuntu

This means it is blocking the gnome-desktop 43 transition.

gnome-books is unmaintained and has been archived upstream which means
that bug reports, translation updates, and bugfixes and no longer being
accepted.

The recommended replacement is foliate

Therefore, please remove GNOME Books from Ubuntu.

It will be automatically removed from Debian Testing this week and I'll
probably file a removal bug for Debian Unstable soon.
