** Description changed:

  Please remove these packages that are broken by the pending GNOME 43
  major library transition switching to libsoup3

  librest rdepends
  ================
  We don't want to keep 2 versions of librest around
  There are snap versions of all of these apps available.
  - cawbird - never made it to Debian Testing. https://github.com/IBBoard/cawbird/issues/464
  - feedreader - abandoned upstream, alternative apps exist
  - gnome-recipes - always "intended" to be a Flatpak app so not a high priority to be ported
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/recipes/-/issues/155
  -  cpdb-backend-gcp - obsolete
  https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cpdb-backend-gcp/issues/3

  evolution-data-server
  =====================
  - roger-router
  https://gitlab.com/tabos/rogerrouter/-/issues/140

  Please demote to kinetic-proposed
  =================================
  chatty - I think this can be fixed in time for 22.10
  https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/chatty/-/issues/727
+
+ I updated meta-phosh to not hard depend on chatty so that should be
+ reverted once chatty is fixed.
