Only the lowlatency binaries appear to be a problem, not all the others
you list, which should fall out via NBS handling.  And for these two,
they are still built from the version of linux-restricted-modules-
lowlatency in kinetic-proposed.  linux-restricted-modules-lowlatency
needs a sourceful fix to stop building these binary packages, after
which we can NBS remove them from kinetic-proposed and the whole thing
should migrate.
