which is incompatible with Python 3.10

The deficiency in Spidermonkey has been reported in
https://bugs.gentoo.org/793683.

https://code.wildfiregames.com/D4437 describes changes that are needed
for Python 3.10 compatibility.

We already have a snap (https://snapcraft.io/0ad).

Instead of double maintenance of a snap and a package we should drop the
package.
