cjs was the last thing in Ubuntu to use mozjs78 but it has now switched
to the current mozjs102

mozjs is the SpiderMonkey JavaScript engine from Firefox (ESR). The 78
series has been unmaintained since late 2021.

Therefore, please remove mozjs78 from Ubuntu 23.10.
