[Bug 2041481] [NEW] Please remove rust-gstreamer-player from Ubuntu

Please remove rust-gstreamer-player and rust-gstreamer-player-sys from
Ubuntu.

Upstream has deprecated those libraries and now is developing rust-
gstreamer-play and rust-gstreamer-play-sys.

rust-gstreamer-player-sys was packaged in Debian Experimental but rust-
gstreamer-player never made it into Debian.

The only reverse dependency was gnome-metronome, but we have switched it
to build with the new library now.
