ruby-ruby-magic-static/0.6.0-2 is FTBFSing in Noble and Debian unstable:

This issue is blocking the ruby 3.2 transition. This package was already
removed from Debian testing some months ago:

Since it has no reverse dependency let's do the same in Noble to unblock
the ruby 3.2 transition:

$ reverse-depends src:ruby-ruby-magic-static
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends src:ruby-ruby-magic-static -a source
No reverse dependencies found

Please, remove src:ruby-ruby-magic-static and its binary from Noble.
