Very happy to hear that Incus was rejected due to a trivial technical
detail and not because of some Canonical policy.

I've uploaded a tiny change on top of that Debian 0.4 build which simply
removes the lxd-to-incus binary, allowing the whole thing to build
properly on Ubuntu.
