Jeremy, why has ubuntu-archive been re-subscribed to this bug? roger-
router was already demoted to -proposed by Seb over a year ago, and has
remained there since due to the block-proposed tag.  I notice that there
were some NBS binaries left behind in mantic-proposed (and noble-
proposed) so I have removed those now, but it's not clear if that's the
action you were expecting from the archive team here.
