[Bug 2072723] [NEW] please remove jupyter-ydoc due to dependency-wait on ypy

jupyter-ydoc misses ypy build dependency[1].
ypy package is not present in Ubuntu.
The package has build dependencies in Debian[2] that do not exist.

The package only exists in -proposed.
