Abandoned package with build depends on deprecated libiw-dev. There is
no upstream. The package was somewhat useful 15 years ago, It seems
users have moved on to other packages for the same functionality

Debian bug to remove the deprecated build depends: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1058732

The package can be added back once the deprecated dependency has been
removed.
