Removing packages from oracular:

		python3-pytzdata 2020.1+dfsg-9 in oracular armhf
		python3-pytzdata 2020.1+dfsg-9 in oracular i386
		python3-pytzdata 2020.1+dfsg-9 in oracular ppc64el
		python3-pytzdata 2020.1+dfsg-9 in oracular riscv64
		python3-pytzdata 2020.1+dfsg-9 in oracular s390x
Comment: Duplicate tzdata, should not be used; LP: #2079995
1 package successfully removed.

And added to sync blocklist.
