** Description changed:

  We should conclude the ffmpeg 7 transition before Ubuntu 24.10 is
  released. We'll probably end up doing this the same way Debian did by
  removing broken packages from Testing. Here is an initial batch of
  packages to remove.
  
  All of these packages will need a new upload to build again, so they
  will automatically sync back into Ubuntu once fixed.
