rust-synstructure is stuck in oracular-proposed because it makes some
packages unbuildable. This transition migrated to Debian Testing because
they were able to remove packages from Unstable.
I filed removal bugs for all of these in Debian except for rust-
abscissa-derive since the maintainer currently wants to keep it in
Unstable.
