Sad but true, that is how things evolve. You are closer to desktop and tell me touch support has improved.
And no development in 13 years and no new upload in 5 is a too long time.

If we ignore no change rebuilds for dependencies and FTBFS fixes that
have just been done due to archive rebuilds the last somewhat meaningful
is even https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ginn/0.2.6-0ubuntu2 or
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ginn/0.2.6-0ubuntu1. Yes also 13
years.

Neither are there meaningful bug reports speaking of usage.

And with a smile, nobody objected the removal request in 7 years :-)
