The packages for Noble and Jammy are failing to build in -proposed
because they are not the source packages that I submitted here:

agent/+bug/2115197/comments/1.

In my PPA, as described in their changelogs, these packages include the
necessary changes to allow them to build with older versions of dh-cargo
and using cargo-1.80/universe instead of the default cargo 1.75 in main.
