Thanks Jeremy, removed now, note that it makes processing the request
easier if for a binary removal you provide the name of the binaries
rather than from the source

$ ./remove-package -a armhf -m "NBS (lp: #2130939)" -b librust-openssh-sftp-client-dev
Removing packages from resolute:
	librust-openssh-sftp-client-dev 0.15.2-2 in resolute armhf
Comment: NBS (lp: #2130939)
Remove [y|N]? y
1 package successfully removed.
