The package version is 7.1.0+dfsg-1ubuntu4 implying there exist(ed) a
debian version, but that's not the case. It was developed assuming an
upload to experimental, but that didn't happen. I can reset the ubuntu
upload to 7.1.0+dfsg-0ubuntu4 if that's better, even though it's lower
than the previous changelog entry.
