There are compiler crashes on the ppc64el architecture causing FTBFS of
rocblas 6.4.4-2 and rocfft 6.4.3-1. I don't think we're going to find a
solution any time soon, so I am requesting that the ppc64el binaries be
removed. This will allow these packages to migrate from resolute-
proposed to resolute, despite not having ppc64el binaries. The old
rocblas 5.5.1+dfsg-7 and rocfft0 6.1.2-1 packages (and their reverse
dependencies) have already been removed from Debian Testing and the
existing resolute packages are broken anyway due to an incompatibility
between libamdhip64-5 and libhsa-runtime-1 6.4.3+dfsg-1 and later.

It's unfortunate that libspfft1 and libspfft-dev have been affected by
this ppc64el bug via their dependency on librocfft0. To address this, I
will propose a patch to build spfft without ROCm support on ppc64el.

The removal may also cause ectrans to FTBFS on ppc64el (although it
seems that ectrans 1.7.0-2 is currently FTBFS for unrelated reasons
anyway). A patch that drops ROCm support on ppc64el from ectrans is
pending upload on Debian.

Please remove the following binary packages from resolute:
