  This package is not being actively maintained in Ubuntu for a while now,
  and was recently discontinued upstream (see
  https://github.com/wslutilities/wslu). It used to be in 'main', but
  since jammy it's being demoted to 'universe'.
  
  I'm proposing to drop it from the archive.
