Just FYI, I've filed RM bugs to remove the same packages from Debian
Unstable.

rocblas: https://bugs.debian.org/1122634
rocfft: https://bugs.debian.org/1122646

The status of the rocblas package was changed to Fix Released when
hipfft was removed. I've corrected the status updates for those two
packages.

       Status: Fix Released => In Progress

** Changed in: hipfft (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Fix Released
