Let's not remove the two remaining packages from the release pocket
right now: the rails ecosystem is stuck behind a MIR (bug 2115398).
Since removing the packages would break rails in the release pocket, and
incidentally every one of its rdeps, that would mean plenty of broken
autopkgtests. We already have plenty of brokenness there now, I'm not
keen on adding gasoline to that particular fire.
