[Bug 2114784] [NEW] Please remove ruby-warden from the archive for questing

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Renan Rodrigo (renanrodrigo):

This is a request to remove ruby-warden from Ubuntu 25.10, for the
following reasons:

- ruby-warden is one of the packages currently blocking the ruby-rack migration from -proposed
- the package is not adapted to run with ruby-rack 3.*. , which is the version we want to include in questing (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ruby-warden/+bug/2096978)
- a fix was sent to debian trying to fix the errors, but it wasn't accepted yet, and it does not solve all the problems in the package dep8 tests (https://salsa.debian.org/ruby-team/ruby-warden/-/merge_requests/1)
- the package was removed from debian by the maintainers, for being buggy and not useful

Removing it from Ubuntu follows what was done in Debian and unblocks
migrations of ruby packages.
