Please remove ripoff. It was never packaged in Debian.

Its last upstream commit was in 2007:

It's gotten occasional patches over the years to keep it building.

It currently fails to build which is blocking completion of the flac
transition. It's probably trivial to fix but… It's GTK2 and we're
basically trying to get rid of GTK2 software that we don't need to
maintain.

If someone cares about ripoff, they should fork it and take over
upstream maintenance.
