This will make python3-pgbouncer uninstallable on armhf (leaf package,
arch:all), we can probably live with that.

Removing packages from plucky:
	pgbouncer 1.23.1-1 in plucky armhf
Comment: Not buildable on armhf anymore (LP: #2102693)
Remove [y|N]? y
1 package successfully removed.
