** Description changed:

  icu74 was added for firebird3.0 but it looks like firebird3.0 builds ok
  against the standard icu which means this package shouldn't be needed
  any more.

- However, we do have reverse depends:
- mysql 8.0 (not yet removed but being worked on)
+ There are no remaining reverse depends.
  
- I'm setting this as incomplete until this is solved.
+ Debian has switched to icu 76.

+ Matthias, do we still need icu74 in Ubuntu 25.04 for any reason?
