Please remove wine1.6 from Ubuntu.

wine1.6 only built transitional packages and debian/changelog explicitly
said these packages were only needed until Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. These were
Ubuntu-only packages.

I have subscribed Jens Reyer who did the uploads then.
