[ubuntu-art] wiki vs. groupware vs. whatever

i believe that while the wiki is great for what it has been used up to
now at the ubuntu site, both for development and help, but i really
think that it is not the best platform for a team like ours, with the
goals and projects that we are to work on.

maybe we should do some voting about this one?
