I have probably missed several wiki pages that need to 
be moved here.  Sorry if I overlooked some pages -- I
was in a huge rush and must escape.  Please migrate 
accordingly.  Thanks.

 Added Niklas' glossy samples.  (Could Niklas perhaps
 pinch off one or two with the default Ubuntu text
 featuring the dynamic gloss effect?  Thanks)
