With so many new post about getting organized, it's not. You can't say
(as a team), 'lets start with x and y' then (as a team) start 5 other
threads about a, b, c, d, e, f, g ,h.... Deal with what Mark suggested
ONLY, then you can attack with leadership and focus and get something
accomplished. You have six months. Slow and stead wins the race.
