it where long, but no so.
i dont know if you no well mailman (i do), so, there is a good trick for
that kind of situation:

in the queue, there is on optional chekbox 'discard all messages marqued
defer' and defer is the default option. So, if there is many spam, and
just a few good eemails, you just have to mark good ones as "accept",
and then, apply all. with that method, i spend about 15 minutes to
managed the all queue.
