[ubuntu-art] Proposal : Ubuntu-Art forum.

Hmm, not quite as enthousiast as I hoped.
Well, it was just an idea :)
Maybe it would be better if the forum just replaced the wiki+ML, not
launchpad ?

Against voters : Don't you like the whole idea or is it just launchpad/other
aspects ?

Well I still like the idea, whether it becomes a forum with or withoud
launchpad itergrated :)
