[ubuntu-art] deb file icon

Hi,

I created a deb mime type icon, because I like to easily see the difference
between a normal compressed file and a deb file (which are handled by
different programs: file-roller or gdebi).

If you like it and want to use it, I recommend to put it in the Tango icon
folder (instead of Human folder); this will make it available in much more
icon set.
