[ubuntu-art] hardy sounds submission

Hey guys,
 here is my submission for hardy sounds   for start up etc.
PLease  let me know you have received these  and if there are any questions,
or revisions you think should be done.
Also the reason to let me know is that I will have a godd idea they will be
at least reviewed .
