Dude, come on. Take the initiative and try to code the theme yourself.
Forget about changing "interface paradigms". I remember in your mockups you
changed the layout of nautilus - that has nothing to do with creating GTK
themes. You need to theme against "The Widget Factory" and then go over
special cases afterwards.
Study this: http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials/GtkThemes
Look at the code for existing themes, such as Clearlooks or Human-Murrine
(heck, you can even use them as templates):
/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
/usr/share/themes/Human-Murrine/gtk-2.0/gtkrc
That should get you started.
