[ubuntu-art] Breathe - The beginning.

Ok. So I believe I have all the technical in place for us to start some
serious tinkering on the icons.

we will start with.

If you would like to take a shot at one grab the SVG from the link right
next to the preview image and submit it here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/BreatheIconSet/Submissions or on the ML.
I will upload items to BZR. The wiki will then show the changes.

Some specific things are still to be fleshed out.

Perspective, lighting and whatnot. Best I can say is go with what's
there for now.

I will note that the folder icon is awaiting Ken W's revisions.

Remember to keep an eye on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/BreatheIconSet for revisions to our
design guidelines as we come to finer decisions. A template is also
there for anyone who wants to take a go at another icon we're not
currently focused on.

This set will go through *countless* revisions. So for now have fun with
ideas. :)
