[ubuntu-art] [Breathe] Release timeline

I've decided to do a timeline based on percentage of the FreeDesktop
icons completed.

eg:

    * 25% = 0.25
    * 50% = 0.50
    * 75% = 0.75
    * 100% = 1.00

And anything in between.

*After* the 1.0 release, numbering is up to the discretion of the
release team. Maybe... 2.0 comes where we have parity with the GNOME set?
